Looking for a way to secure and provide convenient access to resident packages but don’t have adequate space for a package solution, like package lockers or a package room? LockerMD recently partnered with Thies & Talle, a top-notch regional property management company to convert a maintenance garage into a Luxer One Package Room at one of their Minnesota communities. They created a new space in the garage that has an outer door that will remain open and a Luxer One touchpad in a vestibule controlling access to the Package Room. The heated room is monitored by 3 Luxer One cameras and includes a fridge for grocery deliveries, meal kits, flowers and prescriptions. A very cool project that turned out very well.
